Repair Service
Many things can go wrong with chimneys; from holes in the mortar, cracks in the lining, deterioration due to exposure to weather, cap repair or replacement, calking storm collars, flashing repairs, flue extensions and sealing, damper repair, animal removal, install gas burners, chimney structure inspection(available with a professional camera), and complete chimney remodel. All of our chimney repairs and other services come with a detailed outline of work done and warranty. We ensure that you and your family will be safe when you want to use the fireplace.
Inspection Service
Level 1: the technician will inspect the firebox, damper, gas burner, vent pipe, gas valve, gas flow, and the existence of creosote. Also included in Level 1 inspection is an evaluation of the outer chimney structure.
Level 2: you will receive everything stated with level 1 as well as the technician will climb to the roof and inspect the condition of the chimney cap (by city code). Along with the level 2 inspection the technician will ensure that the chimney top part is free of structural damage.
